The Process

The Programme is open to anyone over 18.

​

Applicants must have the unlimited right to work in the UK. We are unable to accept applications from people who are studying here from abroad or are on limited work visas.  

​

The Programme is open to all, regardless of experience. What matters most is commitment, ambition and drive. The training is personally tailored, and runs for between 9 to 18 months, depending on experience

​

Participants will work full-time throughout the Programme in one of London’s leading restaurants.

​

It is important to be aware that a career in hospitality is not for everyone. Working hours can differ from other sectors, with regular evening shifts obligatory. The opportunities available within the Programme will appeal to ambitious self-starters who enjoy varied work and enjoy being part of a team.

Participants will be paid in full for all hours worked in the partner restaurant, and salaries will be reviewed on a regular basis. Prospects for advancement in both career and salary are excellent.​ In addition to pay from the restaurants, participants will receive a cash bonus on completion.
